Returns and Exchanges

Returning or exchanging orders:

First of all, thank you for your purchase.

We are happy that you have shopped with us.

You have 14 days to decide whether you want to keep your ordered item (s). If you are not completely satisfied there are two options:

Exchanging or returning your order is very easy.

In both cases we ask you to send an email to [email protected]

In the email you can state whether you want to return or exchange the product and the reason for it.

In addition, we also ask you to state your order number and your name. Then you send the package back to:

Note: Sale items cannot be returned.

For a full refund it is important that you always return the product unworn in its original state with accompanying labels and such (as far as is reasonably possible). You may of course fit the products.

Money Back? We will refund you the full purchase amount (if no sale item) including any standard shipping costs for the return shipment as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you want to cancel the agreement.

We may wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. If you only return part of your order, the shipping costs will remain at your own expense. Shipping costs for returning the products are always for your own account.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (for example in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that the agreement will be revoked. You can use the model form for withdrawal (Download PDF), but you are not obliged to do this. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel the contract, you will receive all payments that you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery that we offer). in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used to perform the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such costs. We can wait with a refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return the goods without delay or hand them over to us, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of the decision to cancel the agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs for returning the goods are for your account.
